The Salvation Army is seeking a part-time staff member to assist in planning and leading youth center activities. This role supports program outcomes and collaborates with officers to provide an engaging, Christ-centered environment for youth development.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of experience with children/youth preferred, and First Aid/CPR certification or the ability to obtain it. A valid WV driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Experience with children/youth preferred (1 year)
• First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid State Driver's License preferred

Aufgaben

• Assist in planning and leading center activities for youth
• Support program outcomes and quality of youth programming
• Participate in ministry advancement with Salvation Army Officers
• Maintain facility, equipment, and storage areas in good condition
• Prepare periodic activity reports and assist outreach to increase participation
