Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Early childhood education college degree/credits preferred.
• Childcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for families and staff of the program.
• Enforce facility safety rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Supervise children and activities of the program.
• Provide leadership for recreational activities.
• Assist youth with schoolwork/tutoring needs.
• Participate in staff training and program planning.
• Ensure safe participation and maintain facility security.
• Assist with care and maintenance of the facility; cleaning and organizing areas.
