Job summary

Rite of Passage seeks a Licensed Therapist for the Pompano Youth Academy in Pompano Beach, FL. The role develops and oversees treatment plans, and delivers individual, group, and family therapy while coordinating with placing agencies.

You will report to the Clinical Director, supervise staff, and ensure documentation and compliance. Requires MA/MS/MSW and licensure (LMSW/LMFT/LMHC) with juvenile case management experience.

Qualifications

• MA, MS or MSW degree required.
• Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC required.
• Three years' case management experience with juveniles required.
• CAC II or CAC III preferred for substance abuse work.”

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee case plans and treatment programs for students.
• Provide individual, group, family, and case management services.
• Supervise group living staff and ensure supportive environments for youth.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
