Job summary

San Diego Youth Services is hiring a Case Manager in the Victim and Survivor Services program in San Diego. You will provide case management, crisis intervention, and referrals while coordinating with partners to stabilize housing, education, and health needs. The role requires lived experience and a Bachelor's degree in social work or related field is preferred.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Program Manager. Willingness to be on-call and drive as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred.
• Lived experience of commercial sexual exploitation or human trafficking preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support services including accompanying youth to meetings and court.
• Deliver case management around housing, employment, education, health, etc.
• Conduct outreach and screenings with service partners and triage needs.
• Develop and facilitate group curriculum and activities.
• Coordinate care with Probation, social workers, clinicians and families.
• Be available for on-call rotations and follow-up on referrals.
