Job summary

Montgomery County Common Pleas Court, Juvenile Division, seeks a Residential Clinical Coordinator in the CAS and NRTC department to oversee clinical services for youth in residential treatment. The role involves admissions, collaboration with courts and treatment providers, and ensuring high-quality clinical care within regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling is required or equivalent.
• Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) required or equivalent.
• Ability to document identity and employment eligibility per applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of residential treatment services for youth.
• Coordinate admissions and collaborate with partner agencies.
• Maintain clinical records and ensure compliance with licensure standards.
• Plan and evaluate programs; recommend improvements to facility leadership.
• Provide clinical supervision to treatment teams and mentor interns/volunteers.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations.
