Job summary

KVC Missouri – Children’s Emergency Shelter/Ozark Family Resource Center is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to advocate for youth and coordinate services to meet individual treatment plans. The role emphasizes documenting availability and ensuring alignment among the care team.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, transportation coordination, family outreach, and facilitating admissions while supporting transitions to cottages and ongoing documentation for providers and guardians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Strong communication and crisis intervention skills.
• Ability to coordinate services and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Engage in crisis intervention with youth and families.
• Coordinate transportation to appointments and services.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and families.
• Document interactions with agencies and parents weekly.
• Schedule treatment and staffing reviews.
• Prepare information for psychiatric evaluations.
• Assist with school enrollment and transitions.
• Meet with parents and guardians for admissions and paperwork.
• Ensure smooth client transitions to residences.
• Organize documentation and belongings on discharge.
• Support overall well‑being and program mission.
