Qualifications

• Trauma-informed environment experience with children and families.
• Two years FCCM-related work experience (FCCM I).
• Three years FCCM-related work experience or master’s degree in a related field (FCCM II).

Responsibilities

• Provide, coordinate, and facilitate case management to support permanency goals for children in out-of-home care.
• Intervene for abused/neglected children and testify in court when required.
• Collaborate with community members and other disciplines to deliver services and develop permanency plans.
