Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance with good driving record.
• Strong customer service focus, excellent time management, organizational, oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and email applications.

Responsibilities

• Advocates for the client and coordinates services as outlined in the treatment plan.
• Facilitates communication among all team members and external parties.
• Engages in crisis intervention with youth.
• Arranges transportation to community appointments for youth.
• Meets with youth weekly or as scheduled.
• Maintains weekly contact with agencies and parents.
• Coordinates admissions, discharges and transfers of caseload.
• Enter client data into the electronic health record and prepare paperwork.
