Qualifications

• 2 years of youth program and/or counseling experience required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Task-oriented, non-judgmental, and clear sense of boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual case management and career counseling.
• Support development of service plans for clients.
• Determine client eligibility for program services.
