Job summary

Rite of Passage is hiring a Case Manager for Walton Academy for Growth and Change in DeFuniak Springs, FL. The role involves administering, developing and facilitating case plans and treatment programs for youth, reporting to the Director of Student Services.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred), 3+ years working with juveniles, and the ability to pass background checks, TB test, and drug screen. On-site work with comprehensive benefits is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Three years’ experience with juveniles.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed.
• Flexible and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Implement Rite of Passage program at the site as part of the team.
• Develop and facilitate completion of case plans and treatment programs.
• Coordinate with the placing agency and student needs; report to the Director of Student Services.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field
