Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging, and assisting with skill-building activities. You will also bring clients into the community to help grow personal goals outside of the home environment, serving a Southeast Michigan community of mental health recipients.

Both full- and part-time positions are available, with a focus on flexible scheduling, training, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities
