Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities, and help bring clients into the community to grow personal goals outside the home.

Strong communication, independence, and the ability to pass background checks are required. Flexible schedules and paid training are offered, with weekly pay and opportunities for benefits.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
