Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable, compassionate Caregivers to support recipients in their homes with one-on-one care, encouragement, and skill-building activities. You will also take clients into the community to pursue personal goals beyond the home.

Full- and part-time positions are available, with paid training and a flexible schedule. This role emphasizes independence, clear communication, and following care plans to help individuals thrive in daily life.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes, supporting and encouraging skill-building activities
