Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan seeks reliable Caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home support, encouraging independence and personal growth for recipients.

You will help with daily living activities, accompany clients to community activities, and reinforce goals through skill-building. Flexible scheduling and paid training are available. Full and part-time positions serve communities across Michigan.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care to clients.
