Job summary

BCFS Health and Human Services is seeking a Program Director in Texas to supervise staff, ensure program quality and policy compliance, and manage budgets. The role requires coordinating with case managers, contract managers and partners to deliver high-quality services to youth and families within the program framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2 years’ experience in developing and implementing a program.
• 3 years’ experience working with children and adolescents.
• Preferred: 3+ years in senior management, multi-tasking high priority projects, development, oversight and management.
• Valid Texas Driver’s license with a clear driving record and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and approve program spending based on approved budgets.
• Lead staff meetings and provide staff consultation to review services and client progress.
• Ensure staff needs are met to perform duties.
• Provide oversight for direct case management services to youth and support transition to adulthood.
• Ensure contract compliance and required reporting.
