South Dakota State Government seeks a Career Launch Case Manager to empower participants by identifying strengths, developing job skills, and navigating the job market. You will work with clients to remove barriers and progress toward employment, under supervision of the Department of Labor and Regulation.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's degree or have 4 years of relevant experience; proficiency with MS Office and TEAMS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 4 years experience in case management, counseling, human resources, or social services.
• NCRC: If you possess a National Career Readiness Certificate, submit with your application.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, TEAMS, and various software programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with accessing services through WIOA program.
• Complete assessments to identify job skills and barriers to employment.
• Provide individualized case management and counseling services.
• Develop employment plans, monitor program compliance, and coordinate services.
• Implement job development and training opportunities for participants.
• Document all case management activities in detail.
