As a Job Service Case Manager / Employment Specialist you will play a vital role in administering the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) under the U.S. Department of Labor. This program is designed to enhance participant's ability to increase skill levels to obtain meaningful employment. This is not a remote position and will be located in the Rapid City Job Service Office.
