Career Launch is a program dedicated to helping older teens and young adults facing various barriers overcome challenges and achieve sustainable, meaningful employment.
The Career Launch Case Manager position works in a typical office environment. May conduct some duties outside of the office to attend meetings with partnering agencies. The candidate is expected to work 40 hours per week in the office, as scheduled, between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This is not a remote position.

This is a Full-Time 40 Hour Weekly position with the Department of Labor and Regulation - Job Services Division. For more information on the Department of Labor and Regulation, please visit https://dlr.sd.gov/
A bachelor's degree is highly preferred. In lieu of a 4-year degree, 4 years of experience working in case management, counseling, human resources, or social services may be considered.

It is very important for candidates to be able to use a personal computer, have specific knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, TEAMS, and have the ability to work with various software programs.
