Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is hiring a full-time Team Supervisor for our Celia youth foster care program in Duluth, MN. You will help boys aged 6-11 with various support needs, including cognitive and physical disabilities and mental health conditions.

No prior experience is required to start in this field, but one year of direct care experience is preferred. Shifts run mornings and afternoons with some weekends required.

Qualificações

• At least one year of experience providing direct care.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Pass a post‑offer background check.
• Must be 21 or older to work in youth foster care settings.

Responsabilidades

• Assist people with disabilities and mental illness in daily activities and care.
• Provide medication administration, household duties, and personal hygiene support.
• Engage in community activities and develop person-centered relationships.
• Support scheduling, payroll, and supervision duties for staff.
