Residential Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Team Supervisor for a youth foster care home in Duluth, MN. The role involves supporting boys ages 6-11 with disabilities, ensuring they live fulfilling lives with compassion and reliability.

You will assist with day-to-day tasks and supervise direct support staff. The position offers a salary between $26.25-$27.25/hour, health and dental insurance, 403(b) retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience providing direct care.
• Must be 21 or older to work in youth foster care settings.
• Valid driver’s license and able to pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals with disabilities and mental illness live fulfilling lives.
• Assist with medication administration and personal hygiene.
• Train and support staff, manage schedules, and conduct staff meetings.
