Lancaster County is seeking a Supervisory Youth Care role focused on direct daily care for detained youth and the supervision of Youth Care Workers. The position reports to the facility Director and requires managing performance evaluations while ensuring safety and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• PA Code 3800-55h age requirement (21+)
• Minimum of 60 college credits
• Knowledge of juvenile justice and child welfare systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a dynamic environment

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily care of youth and supervise staff on assigned shift
• Provide guidance to detained youth and staff
• Complete performance evaluations for Youth Care Workers
• Transport youth to medical appointments and oversee service delivery
