Thompson in Knoxville, TN seeks a Youth Care Specialist for its youth residential programs. You will supervise, support, and build a therapeutic relationship with youth, addressing their physical and psychological needs and maintaining a safe, structured environment.

As a Youth Care Specialist, you will work the below rotating schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Thursday, Friday
Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday
