Thompson Child & Family Focus - A Child's Place Program in Nashville is seeking a Residential Youth Program Supervisor to lead youth residential services, coordinate daily operations, and ensure high-quality care for youth and families. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3 years in residential youth work, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license.

Travel within the Nashville area, on-call hours, and opportunities for growth are offered along with a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the health & human services field.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Exposure to leadership/management experiences either through short term project management, coordination, training or actual leadership positions required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with residential youth programs or related field.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and meet credentialing, licensing and privileging standards pertaining to the program(s) you lead.
• All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance of youth residential programs.
• Prioritize tasks for youth care specialists and remove obstacles to care.
• Serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders ensuring 100% program compliance.
• Role is flexible, on call, and requires weekends and evenings; travel to Nashville-area facilities.

What will you do as a Residential Youth Program Supervisor for our residential program?

• As Residential Youth Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily operations, oversight and performance of the youth residential programs for which you lead.
• A typical day as a Residential Youth Program Supervisor will include prioritizing tasks for the youth care specialists you lead, proactively communicating and removing obstacles so your team can provide the best care for the youth in their programs. You will serve as liaison with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring 100% compliance for the programs you lead.
• This position may require travel to various residential facilities within the Nashville area.
• The Residential Youth Program Supervisor role is flexible, on call, and requires weekends and evenings.
