San Pasqual Academy is located on a beautiful 238 acres in rural San Pasqual Valley. SPA is equipped with all the amenities of a private high school, including classrooms, an auditorium, gym, and cafeteria. On grounds sports and activities include basketball, softball, and football. Our unique campus features residential staff and house parents serving as surrogate parents who mentor and tutor students, teach age-appropriate independent living skills, create opportunities to explore new interests, encourage participation in sports and recreation, assist in the exploration of career and job opportunities, and promote family living skills.

As a Child Care Worker, you will provide safety and around-the-clock in person supervision of youth. In this role, you will provide for the physical, personal and health needs of each student through individual counseling and behavioral/social/physical and educational skill development; provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the needs of the students; monitor and document student behaviors and activities; participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities; work in collaboration with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
Saturday/Sunday 7am-3pm or 2pm-10pm
