Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of staff, detainees, visitors and facility.
• Schedule and supervise detainee activities; monitor cameras and alarms; conduct searches and counts.
• Provide care for detainees; oversee meals; arrange medical and counseling appointments.
• Interview and classify new detainees; assign housing; manage transport and records.
• Respond to emergencies; interrogate victims and suspects; collect evidence; file reports.
