Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers Walpole Campus is seeking a full-time evening Campus Coordinator to supervise Residential Counselors, Supervisors and the Activity Coordinator, ensuring safety and consistent routines. You will collaborate with program leaders to staff shifts, plan groups and activities, and maintain documentation while modeling care in a residential setting for youth and families.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to two years of college and/or two plus years childcare experience in a residential setting with similar population.
• Supervisory experience helpful.
• Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer with the ability to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Residential Counselors, Supervisors and the Activity Coordinator.
• Coordinate work assignments and schedule campus activities.
• Ensure safety and daily routine of campus homes.
• Plan and lead therapeutic groups and social events.
• Handle shift coverage and incident reporting.
