Job summary

Casa Pacifica Centers For Children & Family seeks a Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist to deliver structured one-to-one behavioral interventions for at-risk children in home, school, or community settings. You will collaborate with treatment teams to implement the TBS plan and monitor progress with timely progress notes.

The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to engage families and schools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with two years’ experience providing client care in a mental health setting and/or support services to mental health clients.
• Bachelor's Degree in Social-Behavioral Sciences or related field with a minimum of six months of experience providing client care in a mental health setting and/or support services to mental health clients.
• Ability to do behavioral assessments and behavior management, necessary.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the implementation of one-to-one therapeutic behavioral interventions for children as needed at home, school, or other community-based settings in accordance with the TBS Treatment Plan.
• Maintains an active client caseload of 3-8 clients.
• Attends weekly Case Supervision and monthly supervision sessions and professional development.
• Keeps confidentiality and HIPAA regulations in all matters.
