Casa Pacifica is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist to plan and implement one-to-one interventions for children referred in Santa Barbara County. The role involves home, school, or community settings under TBS/IHBS supervision, with emphasis on evidence-based strategies and collaboration with the treatment team.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in social/behavioral sciences and at least 6 months in a mental health setting, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in social or behavioral sciences and six months of experience in a mental health setting or two years' related experience with required qualifications.
• Ability to perform behavioral assessments and behavior management is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and leadership skills required.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement one-to-one therapeutic behavioral interventions at home, school, or community settings.
• Work with the treatment team to coordinate interventions and share progress.
• Provide behavioral reinforcements, time-structuring, and positive reinforcement strategies.
• Educate parents, caregivers, and teachers on strategies and skills to support goals.
• Maintain an active caseload of 3-5 clients and complete timely progress notes.
• Attend supervision and adhere to HIPAA and ethics guidelines.
