Job summary

Kids Thrive seeks a dedicated direct-care professional to support the therapeutic milieu and deliver individualized TBS services under supervision. You will help implement treatment plans, monitor safety, and foster respectful, dignified interactions with clients and families.

The role involves collaborating with clinicians, teachers, and nurses, using EMR for documentation, and participating in team trainings to maintain high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's from an accredited college.
• Experience in a mental health or education setting with children.
• Completion of additional mental health training within 30 days of employment.
• Must be at least 18 years old; may require flexible hours and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Support daily therapeutic programming for children and adolescents.
• Assist with implementing treatment plans and skill-building activities.
• Monitor client safety and engagement during activities.
• Model positive behavior, emotional regulation, and pro-social skills.
• Collaborate with clinicians, teachers, nurses, and leadership to ensure coordinated care.
• Document services and progress using EMR and other required systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and debriefings.
• Perform other duties to support program safety and effectiveness.
