Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a dedicated Therapeutic Behavioral Aide to deliver direct behavioral intervention and support to children, families, and adults across programs in multiple states. The role emphasizes positive role-modeling, structured activities, and evidence-informed care within home, community, and office settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children preferred in Alabama/others per state rules.
• Driver's license and vehicle insurance if transportation is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention for children/youth.
• Assist with group activities and daily living skills training.
• Develop and follow behavioral treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and required documentation.
• Ensure client safety and confidentiality; report abuse per requirements.
• Coordinate with caregivers and guardians to support the client.
