Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and valid driver's license with insured vehicle.
• Bilingual abilities preferred: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Creole.
• Experience in behavioral support for youth.
• Strong crisis management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise clients during program activities, ensuring safety.
• Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive change.
• Transport clients to program sites and activities as scheduled.
• Assist in crisis response planning and crisis situations.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups or activities as directed by clinical team.
• Collaborate with clinical team to reinforce recovery plan goals.
• Provide one-on-one support to clients and caregivers as needed.
• Participate in planning and flex scheduling of activities beyond regular hours.
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of incidents to team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Program Director.
