Job summary

OHEL Children's Home and Family Services is looking for an experienced IOP Coordinator to lead an Intensive Outpatient Program for women grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. This role includes establishing a DBT-informed Parent Support Program for caregivers faced with high-acuity emotional or behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of clinical experience, including work with high-acuity populations.
• DBT experience required (intensive training strongly preferred).
• Experience working with suicide risk, self-harm or significant emotional dysregulation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of a DBT-based Women’s IOP.
• Collaborate with therapists and case managers.
• Provide clinical guidance to group facilitators.
• Create and lead DBT-informed parent groups.
