Job summary

Behavioral Health Group (BHG) is seeking a qualified counselor to lead the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), representing its mission and coordinating with clinical teams to ensure smooth operations. You will engage referral partners, participate in outreach, develop clinical documentation, and provide evidence-based counseling to support patient engagement and successful treatment planning.

This role emphasizes ASAM-based admissions, collaboration with billing, and maintaining compliant

Qualifications

Outreach experience preferred.
Must hold one of CRADC, LPC, or LCSW licensures.
If not licensed, enrolled in/licensing coursework toward licensure at hire.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary ambassador for the IOP program.
Collaborate with clinical teams, case managers, and support staff.
Engage referral partners and healthcare providers to build program awareness.
Develop treatment plans and communicate with billing and RCM teams.
Provide evidence-based counseling and crisis support.
Deliver program curriculum (Matrix Model, CBT) and supervise admissions using ASAM criteria.
