Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers in Danville, PA is seeking a dependable Behavioral Health Technician to support male adolescents in our residential program. This entry-level role offers paid training and a path from PRN to full-time, with meaningful work in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain PA clearances (Act 33, Criminal History, FBI Act 73).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, supervision, and well-being of residents
• Support appropriate behavior and social interaction
• Document daily activities, progress notes, and staff logs
• Assist with structured programming and recreational activities
• Participate in on-site and off-site activities with residents
• Engage youth in one-on-one interactions when appropriate
• Support youth in meeting treatment plan goals
• Co-facilitate group activities and assist clinical staff as needed
• Maintain communication with staff regarding shift availability and updates
