Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) is seeking dependable Behavioral Health Technicians to support male adolescents in our residential treatment program in Danville, PA. This entry-level role offers paid training and a path to transition from PRN to full-time.

You will focus on safety, engagement, and basic therapeutic support, working with youth in a structured setting across varied shifts (7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a). Comprehensive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with paid training provided.
• Ability to transition from PRN to full-time.
• Experience working with youth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of residents.
• Support appropriate behavior and social interaction.
• Document daily activities and progress notes.
• Assist with structured programming and recreational activities.
• Engage youth in one-on-one interactions when appropriate.
• Support youth in meeting treatment plan goals.
• Co-facilitate group activities and assist clinical staff as needed.
• Maintain communication with staff regarding shift availability and updates.
