This is an in-person, full-time role based in Lancaster, PA, focusing on individualized treatment plans and helping clients develop healthy coping and social skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with youth and families.
• Ability to follow structured treatment plans and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral health services to assigned clients
• Implement treatment goals outlined in the IT Plan
• Collect and document behavioral data and client progress
• Collaborate with supervisors and treatment team members
• Maintain accurate documentation for clinical and billing purposes
• Represent the organization professionally in all interactions

Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services

Bachelor’s degree with 1+ year experience in children/adolescents

Associate’s degree or 60 college credits with 3+ years experience
