Job summary

Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) in Williamsport, PA is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support school-based IBHS services for youth. You will provide direct behavioral and emotional support, helping students build coping skills, self-regulation, and achieve treatment goals while collaborating with clinicians, educators, and families.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with behavioral health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support services to children and adolescents in school settings.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Assist students with emotional regulation, coping skills, and social skill development.
• Utilize positive behavioral interventions and reinforcement strategies and support students in maintaining appropriate classroom behavior and engagement.
• Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, clinicians, and families.
• Monitor and document client progress toward treatment goals.
• Complete required documentation, session notes, and reports in a timely manner.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training opportunities.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold confidentiality standards.
