Job summary

Unison Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support youth in behavioral health treatment, promoting a safe environment and assisting the clinical team. The role emphasizes direct care, documentation, and collaboration with clinicians to meet individualized goals.

Shifts are 12 hours (6:45pm–7:15am) with part-time options. Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus shift differential, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; must be at least 21 years old.
• CPR & CPI certification within 30 days of hire.
• Valid driver’s license & insurable if driving is required.

Responsibilities

• Build positive, trusting relationships with youth and provide emotional support.
• Assist youth with activities of daily living and healthy recreational activities.
• Facilitate structured therapeutic, educational, and recreational programming.
