Job summary

Unison Health Nebraska is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to support youth in behavioral health treatment. You will provide direct care, promote a safe, therapeutic environment, and assist the clinical team in delivering high-quality services.

This part-time role features 12-hour shifts (6:45am–7:15pm) with starting pay of $21.00–$23.00/hour plus shift differential, PTO, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Trauma-informed care and crisis prevention techniques.
• CPR & CPI certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to youth in behavioral health treatment.
• Promote a safe and therapeutic environment.
• Document client interactions and progress for the treatment team.
