Unison Health is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support youth in behavioral health treatment, promoting a safe environment and assisting the clinical team. The role emphasizes direct care, documentation, and collaboration with clinicians to meet individualized goals.
Shifts are 12 hours (6:45pm–7:15am) with part-time options. Starting pay ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, plus shift differential, PTO, and comprehensive benefits.

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) plays a vital role in supporting clients throughout their behavioral health treatment by providing direct care, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment, and assisting the clinical team in delivering quality services. The BHT works closely with clients to encourage recovery, reinforce treatment goals, observe and document client behaviors, and communicate significant changes to the treatment team. Services are provided in accordance with Ohio MHAS standards and are identified within each client's Individualized Service Plan (ISP).
