Kid's Thrive Toledo is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team in Toledo, OH. The role focuses on providing direct support to children in a behavioral health setting, maintaining a safe and structured environment, and contributing to individualized treatment plans.

You will help with daily activities, monitor progress, and document changes while collaborating with clinical staff. A caring, patient approach and adherence to policies are essential.

• Respond to challenging behaviors using de-escalation techniques and facility procedures.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to promote positive outcomes.
