Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and care to children in a structured behavioral health setting.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic environment for all children.
• Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans and interventions as directed by clinical staff.
• Encourage coping skills, emotional regulation, and social interactions.
• Observe, document, and report behavioral changes, progress, and concerns to the team.
• Support children in participating in therapeutic activities and daily routines.
• Respond to behavioral challenges using de-escalation techniques and safety procedures.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect each child's privacy.
