Elizabeth Layton Center is seeking a Youth Specialist to join our CBS team in Paola, Kansas. The role focuses on supervising and supporting youth with severe emotional disturbance through individual and group services across schools, homes, and community settings.

The incumbent will work under supervision of a QMHP-licensed/credentialed professional to deliver education, skills training, and behavioral health services aimed at increasing independence and community integration.

Qualifikationen

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Must complete 40 hours of on-site training or have equivalent experience.
• Pass security check as required by Medicaid regulations.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-to-one psychosocial rehabilitation services for youth.
• Develop and provide structured psychosocial group activities.
• Support personal care goals and treatment plans for youth.
• Maintain safe and productive environment during program hours.
• Complete required daily paperwork and reports.
• Coordinate with other mental health staff and participate in team efforts.
