Job summary

Elizabeth Layton Center Inc. seeks a Part Time Youth Specialist for the CBS team in Paola, KS. The role focuses on supervising and supporting youth with severe emotional disturbance in schools, homes, and community settings under supervision of a QMHP.

You will contribute to skill-building, education, and care planning, ensuring accessibility and inclusion while working evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 40 hours of training in providing supportive services, or willingness to complete on-site training.
• Must pass a security check as required by Medicaid Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one psychosocial rehabilitation services for youth.
• Develop and lead structured psychosocial group activities.
• Support personal goals and treatment plans for youth.
• Maintain safe, productive environments during program times.
• Complete required documentation and reporting on time.
• Coordinate with CBS staff and other professionals as needed.
• Occasionally provide transportation to program activities.
