Mary’s Place Seattle seeks a Behavioral Health Coordinator to provide triaged behavioral health support for youth and families experiencing homelessness and to supervise MSW/counseling interns. You will connect families with community resources, engage in staff training, and advance equity-focused practices across sites in King County.

Some evenings and weekends may be required. You will collaborate with shelter staff, maintain documentation, and build partnerships with community providers to

Competenze

• MSW, LMHC, LPCC, LPC, LCSW or LICSW accepted.
• Experience in community-based behavioral health preferred.
• Experience with youth and families experiencing homelessness is highly preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct Behavioral Health Support with triaged care, referrals, and coaching.
• Provide regular behavioral health consultation to staff and partners.
• Coordinate internship program and supervise MSW/counseling students.
• Develop partnerships with community agencies focusing on BIPOC-led organizations.
• Create trainings on trauma, crisis, and equity-informed practices.
• Maintain records and monitor health-related goals for clients.
