Job summary

Community Autism Services in San Dimas seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to support youth with behavioral and emotional needs under BCBA supervision. You will implement individualized behavior strategies, ensure data collection, and help create consistent routines in a secure, on-site program.

We provide CPI training, ongoing supervision, and pathways for advancement within CAS, including paid onboarding and opportunities for certification support and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Prior ABA experience required
• CPI training or willingness to complete before start

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with youth in a structured program setting
• Provide 1:1 and small-group behavioral support
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and treatment plans
• Respond to challenging moments using CPI techniques
• Collect accurate behavioral data and session documentation
• Collaborate with program staff, educators, and clinical supervisors
• Support youth through transitions and routines with patience and consistency
• Maintain professionalism and safety in a secure program environment
