Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) in San Fernando, CA, is seeking a Part-Time Center-Based Behavior Technician to support children and clinical teams during sessions and cover breaks. The role offers paid onboarding and ongoing supervision, with RBT certification training included if applicable.

Qualifications

• Ability to actively engage in child-centered play and therapeutic activities.
• Willingness to support coverage across different rooms or children within the center.
• No prior ABA experience required - we train you.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Step in to support sessions during staff breaks or absences.
• Implement treatment plans using play-based, individualized strategies.
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure continuity of care.
