Job summary

Ensemble Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (In-Clinic) to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services to children aged 2–16. This part-time role offers growth opportunities and a path to full-time, with supervision from BCBA and case supervisors.

You will work with families across settings, maintain thorough session data, and be eligible for RBT credential assistance within 90 days. Training is provided, and travel to San Bernardino area may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete CPR/FA, BBP, CPI, RBT trainings/certifications.
• Must have reliable transportation and CA driver's license.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children 2–16 years old.
• Collaborate with Case Supervisor and BCBA to ensure quality service.
• Maintain accurate data, progress notes and session records.
• Assist with diapering/toileting; support across settings.
• Travel to client homes within the San Bernardino region as needed.
• Support parent education during sessions and participate in fidelity checks.
