Job summary

The Village Network in Bethesda, OH is seeking a Behavioral Management Specialist to provide direct care and clinical support for youth and families. You will work with a team to implement behavior plans and document progress, including transportation when needed.

Shifts are Days 9am–9pm and Nights 9pm–9am. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and a valid Ohio driver’s license; a Bachelor’s in Human Services is a plus. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to drive in Ohio.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and related clinical support for youth and families.
• Assist in transportation when not assigned to other duties.
• Implement behavior management and document progress.
• Assist with daily operations, attendance, and parent communication.
• Provide crisis counseling and lead groups as needed.
• Oversee residential campus operations and supervise staff when required.
