Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience working with youth.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Ohio Driver’s License and insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides temporary relief for caregivers in home or community settings.
• Manages behavior and supports treatment goals.
• Assists with crisis de-escalation as needed.
• Engages with families and coordinates with mentors.
